Mission
To become the supplier Nigerian organisations name first when asked who they trust with their energy supply, and to prove at national scale that downstream operations built on discipline outperform those built on connections.
Bluecrest Oil & Gas Limited is a Lagos-headquartered midstream and downstream petroleum company delivering diesel, PMS, LPG, lubricants and fuel logistics to organisations that cannot afford to run out.
OUR STORY
“A company designed around the deliveries, not the marketing.”
Bluecrest Oil & Gas Limited is a Lagos-based oil and gas company founded in 2026 with a simple goal. We want to make fuel supply more reliable for businesses across Nigeria. We understand that fuel is more than just a product. It keeps generators running, vehicles moving, equipment working, and daily operations on schedule.
That is why we take a different approach to fuel supply. At Bluecrest, we focus on reliability, quality, transparency, and service. From sourcing and verification to dispatch, delivery, and documentation, we pay attention to the details that matter to our customers. We believe our clients should know what they are receiving, when to expect it, and who they can count on when they need it.
We are a young company, but our commitment to doing things properly is at the heart of everything we do. Our aim is to build lasting relationships with businesses by becoming a dependable part of their supply chain rather than simply another fuel supplier. At Bluecrest, we are committed to delivering dependable fuel with the consistency and transparency our customers deserve.
Bluecrest Oil & Gas Limited is incorporated in Lagos, with head office operations established at Ojo — within reach of the Lagos depot corridor that feeds Nigeria's busiest fuel market.
Supply-desk operations, HSE framework, quality-certificate procedures and depot sourcing relationships are established ahead of commercial launch.
Growth is deliberately sequenced: earn recurring contracts through flawless spot deliveries, expand product lines with demand, and add infrastructure as client volume justifies it.

CORE VALUES
Fuel is a commodity; showing up is not. We treat every delivery window as a contractual promise.
Calibrated meters, sealed compartments, certified quality. Where there is a number, there is no argument.
No delivery is urgent enough to justify an unsafe truck, an untrained driver or a skipped site assessment.
Itemised quotations, honest ETAs, and bad news delivered early. Clients can build plans on what we tell them.
We price and behave for the tenth transaction, not the first. Long relationships are our entire business model.
LEADERSHIP PHILOSOPHY
Bluecrest is led from the loading gantry, not the boardroom. Our leadership operates on three convictions. Executives should personally understand every operational process they are accountable for. Authority in a hazardous industry must sit with competence, not hierarchy. A company's culture is set by what its leaders tolerate, not what they announce.
We may not have scale yet, but we have structure. Bluecrest Oil and Gas competes against larger names by being categorically better at the things that actually go wrong in Nigerian fuel supply: adulterated product, short deliveries, vanishing trucks, surprise charges and unreachable account managers. Our lean team is a feature, not a limitation. Every client deals with decision-makers, our supply desk answers its own phone, and nothing important is lost between departments. We combine that responsiveness with institutional-grade process: accredited-depot sourcing, sealed and calibrated dispatch, journey management, and complete delivery documentation.
Excellence in downstream operations is not heroics, it is the absence of surprises. Bluecrest pursues it through standardised procedures for sourcing, loading, transit and discharge; through calibration and maintenance schedules that are tracked, not assumed; and through post-delivery reviews that turn every exception into a process improvement.
Bluecrest sources exclusively from accredited depots, verifies product quality before dispatch, seals every compartment at loading, and delivers with a quality certificate and meter ticket on every consignment. Product that cannot be certified is not dispatched, regardless of commercial pressure.
Health, safety and environmental protection govern our operations from driver selection to discharge. Competency verification, pre-trip inspection, journey management, PPE, spill response and site assessment are all aligned with NMDPRA requirements. Our standing target is zero lost-time incidents and zero reportable spills.
Bluecrest operates as a duly registered Nigerian limited liability company with defined internal controls: segregation of commercial and financial approvals, documented procurement procedures, and complete transaction records. We conduct business in compliance with Nigerian law, and we decline transactions that require otherwise.
Bluecrest's roadmap moves deliberately up the value chain: from supply and distribution excellence today, toward owned storage capacity, bulk LPG infrastructure for commercial clients, an expanded calibrated fleet, and, in partnership, participation in terminal operations and petroleum infrastructure development. Each step is sequenced against client demand and capital discipline.
